After two periods, the Bees are down 7-0 in what has to be the worst display ever by a Bees team. There has to be something going on behind the scenes here, morale-wise. I know it's only two games into the season, but . . . wow. We look like a junior team out there, getting out-skated, out-hustled . . . out-everythinged! No PK, no D, little offense. I don't see one iota of anything out there to give me encouragement.

So what exactly is going on here? Does everyone still think we'll be OK?

Well, yeah, but . . . 7-0? I know there's still 62 games to play - but dayum!

I'm just frustrated is all . . . I'll get over it, and I'm sure the Bees will too. On to the next game!

I swear I saw our team board the bus so, what happened to them between here and Odessa? Were they quarantined by check point charlie or abducted by a hostile group of beekeepers? I sure hope that we will not be subjected to that total lack of performance by....EVERYONE on our home rink! Only one good thing about it is that maybe, hopefully, I pray, that they got that crap of playing??? out of their systems and it happened so early in the season. Fairweather fan? HARDLY!! Honest fan? YES!

Am I a fair-weather fan? Nah. I'm just a die-hard, honest fan who wants to see his team win every game and if they can't do that, at least put the effort out there. Sorry, but last night was horrible. I guess I could just say nothing, but, as I'm sure you've learned by now: That ain't me! I'll cheer like mad when we get it together, but for now, I wanna know what's going on.

Sandalow doesn't seem to think that getting Irving on our team will fix our problems, but I think he may be wrong. He's a bigger guy and that is the one thing we really lack. Of course, I'd like to see some bigger D-men, but having some size on the ice should help. We still need to learn how to clear the puck when it's in front of the goalie; LRD and ODE got way too many second, third, fourth, etc. shots

I'm not panicking just yet. We now have 3 of the top scorers in the league on our team. Dulle, Hardwick and Bauman are a solid defensive core. Once it comes together, this team will be brilliant. I just want it to come together NOW! Laughing

i don't care what you say about being fair weather anything. I just feel if i'm going to cheer for a team they should at least try. they're grown men and don't have be taken out to dq if they win or lose a game.

its too early to bitch. the kitty from laredo is right, at least they can fix the ship early. i was just surprised do see they got blanked right out of the gate. this weekend will be better. you'll see.

Hey, I'm not that bad I'll prove it. Next time I go down to the hive I'll make you a small wager. Each time the bucks score a goal, you have to chug a large glass of beer, I'll do the same when the bees score, deal?
