So what does everyone think of the Bees' schedule for this year? I for one am pretty disappointed. We only play 8 different teams at home out of 17 possible teams! Last year every team in the league visited the Hive. In total, we only play 12 different teams.

However, we don't play Tulsa, who is in our conference, at all, yet we play Missouri 4 times and Wichita, Rapid City and Colorado 2 times each . . . all northern conference teams. We only play Mississippi once. So that's two teams in our conference who we don't have a real opportunity to score points against. That could be big when it comes to playoff positioning.

To me this schedule has less variety than ever, even though there are more teams in the league than ever. I know travel is a concern, especially with the loss of CC, but 16 games against Laredo is about 4 too many. We could have played those games against Tulsa and Mississippi which would have made a lot more sense.

Oh well, I guess I'm done crying about spilt milk. What do you guys think?
