I'm not really surprised by this. If there had been a good trade available, I'm sure Brooks would have made it by now. I'm sure he'll be watching the waiver wire pretty closely, but the chances of him finding players worth waiving current Bees are pretty slim.
So it looks like we have our team pretty much set. I'm wondering if Seerey or Kannigan will be ready to play at all this year or if it's pretty much over for them. We'll see . . .

It's not a question if Kannigan or Seery are 'ready' to play. I often wonder why wait so long until the last minute to 'find' players. Nobody else has that problem it seems during these past 5 months. That leaves me to ask, is it because no one wants to come down here, no money to make it worth their while or there isn't anyone out there now so late in the season?

Yeah, she's his manager... seriously or not. It would be nice to see him in a BEE jersey and a couple of times he expressed his interest playing for us. Crazier things have happened.
